These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of services provided by Optimized Hub LLC ("Optimized Hub," "we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing any service or submitting an audit form, you agree to these Terms in full.
Optimized Hub provides AI automation design, build, and management services for realtors and loan officers. Services include but are not limited to: missed call text-back systems, inbound SMS automation, lead qualification workflows, database reactivation campaigns, post-close follow-up sequences, and monthly performance reporting.
All packages are priced as stated on our website at the time of purchase. Pricing is subject to change without notice; changes do not affect existing active agreements.
The $297 Deep Dive Audit fee is credited toward the Dominate plan setup only. The credit reduces the effective setup cost from $1,497 to $1,200. The credit is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of audit delivery. Credits expire if not applied within this window and are non-transferable.
All sales are final. Due to the custom, time-intensive nature of our work, we do not offer refunds on setup fees, audit fees, or monthly hosting/management fees once work has commenced or payment has been processed.
If you believe there has been an error in billing or a failure to deliver a stated deliverable, contact us at admin@optimizedhub.com within 7 calendar days of the issue and we will review in good faith.
For monthly recurring services (hosting or Dominate management), you may cancel at any time by providing written notice to admin@optimizedhub.com.
Cancellation requires 14 calendar days' written notice prior to the next billing cycle. Cancellation requests received fewer than 14 days before the next billing date will take effect at the end of the following billing cycle. No partial-month refunds are issued.
Upon cancellation of hosting services (Ignite/Accelerate), your automation infrastructure will be decommissioned at the end of the final paid billing period. Upon cancellation of Dominate, system handoff documentation will be provided within 7 business days.
For Ignite and Accelerate builds, you retain full ownership of the automation system after the Day 30 review call. For Dominate clients, Optimized Hub retains ownership of the infrastructure while the service is active; system documentation is provided upon cancellation.
Optimized Hub does not guarantee 100% uptime for hosted automation infrastructure. We target high availability but are not liable for downtime caused by third-party providers (Railway, Quo, Google, Anthropic, or others). Hosting fees do not include any SLA commitment.
Optimized Hub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability under any claim is limited to the amount paid by the client in the 30 days preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted to this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
