Payment information processed securely through Stripe (we do not store card data)

Tally.so — Form collection
Stripe — Payment processing
Quo (OpenPhone) — SMS and phone communication
Google Workspace — Email delivery and sheet logging
Anthropic (Claude API) — AI-powered audit generation
Railway — Automation infrastructure hosting

4. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as necessary to deliver our services or as required by law. Audit submissions are logged to a private Google Sheet accessible only to Optimized Hub. You may request deletion of your data at any time.

5. SMS Communication

By submitting your phone number through our forms or as part of client onboarding, you consent to receive SMS communications related to your audit or active service. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out.

6. Your Rights

7. Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
