On Ignite ($47/mo) and Accelerate ($97/mo), the hosting fee covers infrastructure uptime only — keeping your automation server running. It does not include updates, changes, new workflows, or any form of support. If you need ongoing changes or want us to manage your system, upgrade to Dominate.
Yes — on Ignite and Accelerate, you own the system after your Day 30 review call. The only ongoing cost is hosting. Dominate is different: we host, manage, and optimize your system as an ongoing service at $397/mo.
Dominate ($397/mo) includes active system monitoring, optimization, and all change requests — minor ($97 value) and major ($197 value). Pedro personally manages your system 2–3 hours per month with a 48–72 hour async response window. It also includes your monthly performance snapshot report.
Yes — the $297 Deep Dive Audit fee is credited toward the Dominate plan setup only, dropping the effective setup cost from $1,497 to $1,200. The credit is valid for 30 days from audit delivery.
On Ignite and Accelerate, the only path to changes is upgrading to Dominate. The hosting fee does not cover modifications of any kind. On Dominate, changes are included in your monthly fee.
Setup & Technology
No. We use Quo (formerly OpenPhone) for phone automation, which allows your existing business number to be ported over at no extra cost. We handle the entire porting process as part of your setup.
No CRM is required. Our systems route qualified leads and log activity to a Google Sheet you already own. If you use a CRM, we can discuss integration as a custom add-on under a new engagement.
Most builds go live within 5–10 business days after your intake call. Dominate setups may take up to two weeks depending on scope. We'll give you a specific timeline after your Deep Dive Audit.
On Ignite and Accelerate, hosting covers uptime only — troubleshooting falls outside the hosting fee. On Dominate, system issues are handled within 48–72 hours as part of your monthly managed service.
