These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of services provided by Optimized Hub Media LLC ("Optimized Hub," "we," "us," or "our"), a company based in Tampa, Florida. By purchasing, subscribing to, or otherwise using our services, you ("Client," "you") agree to be bound by these Terms.
Optimized Hub provides automated database reactivation services for loan officers, including but not limited to: review of dormant CRM contacts, automated SMS and email re-engagement sequences, and routing of responsive leads to the Client's calendar (collectively, the "Service").
The Service is intended for licensed loan officers and mortgage professionals operating in the United States. You represent that you are authorized to engage our services on behalf of your business and that all information you provide us is accurate.
The Service is billed at $997/month with no setup fee, processed via Stripe. Billing is month-to-month with no long-term contract. Certain accounts may be enrolled in a free trial period; billing begins automatically at the end of the trial unless canceled prior to that date. You may cancel at any time by contacting admin@optimizedhub.com.
To provide the Service, we require limited access to your CRM system sufficient to review and contact dormant leads. You represent and warrant that:
You remain responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with applicable law, including but not limited to the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the Florida Telephone Solicitation Act (FTSA), and applicable Do-Not-Call regulations. Optimized Hub applies opt-in consent checks, DNC scrubbing, and quiet-hours enforcement as part of the Service, but this does not transfer ultimate compliance responsibility away from the Client as the originating business.
All systems, workflows, sequences, and technology used to deliver the Service remain the property of Optimized Hub. Client retains ownership of their own CRM data, leads, and business information.
Each party agrees to keep confidential any non-public business information shared in the course of the engagement, including CRM data, pricing, and internal processes, except as required to deliver the Service or as required by law.
The Service is provided "as is." Optimized Hub makes no guarantee of specific results, lead conversion rates, or revenue outcomes. Estimates provided in audits, calculators, or marketing materials are illustrative only and not a guarantee of performance.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Optimized Hub's total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the fees paid by the Client in the three (3) months preceding the claim. Optimized Hub is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, active reactivation sequences will be stopped, and any remaining billing period will not be prorated unless otherwise agreed in writing.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

This Privacy Policy explains how Optimized Hub Media LLC ("Optimized Hub," "we," "us") collects, uses, and protects information in connection with our website and our Database Reactivation service (the "Service").
From website visitors: basic contact information submitted through our free audit form (name, email, business type, and general lead-flow details you choose to share).
From clients: account and billing information (processed by Stripe on our behalf), and CRM access credentials or exported contact data needed to run the reactivation service.
From your CRM leads: on your behalf, we process the contact information (name, phone number, email) of dormant leads in your CRM solely to run the reactivation sequences you've authorized.
We do not sell your data or your leads' data to third parties.
With respect to the contact data of your CRM leads, Optimized Hub acts as a data processor on your behalf, not as the owner of that data. You remain the data controller responsible for the underlying legal basis to contact those individuals. We process this data solely to deliver the reactivation service and do not use it for any other purpose.
To deliver the Service, we rely on the following categories of third-party providers, each governed by their own privacy and security practices:
We retain client account information for as long as your subscription is active and for a reasonable period afterward for recordkeeping and legal compliance. Lead contact data processed on your behalf is retained only as needed to deliver the Service and is deleted or returned upon request following termination.
We apply reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect data we handle, including compliance measures such as opt-in consent verification, Do-Not-Call scrubbing, and quiet-hours enforcement before any outbound message is sent.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account information at any time by contacting us. If you are a lead contacted through the Service and wish to opt out of further communication, you may reply STOP to any message or contact admin@optimizedhub.com.
Our Service is intended for business use by licensed professionals and is not directed at individuals under 18.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
