Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By engaging Optimized Hub LLC ("Optimized Hub," "we," "us") for any service — including completing an audit form, purchasing a paid audit, or entering into a service agreement — you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

Optimized Hub provides AI workflow audits, automation strategy consulting, and done-for-you automation system builds for real estate professionals. Service scope is defined per engagement and confirmed in writing before work begins.

Free AI Workflow Audit: Automated report generated from your submitted data. Delivered via email at no cost, no obligation.
$297 Deep Dive Audit: Personalized revenue recovery dashboard + custom automation blueprint + 30-minute strategy call.
Ignite / Accelerate (One-Time Setup): Done-for-you automation build. Includes one review call at Day 30. Client owns and manages the system after delivery.
Dominate (Setup + Monthly Retainer): Ongoing managed automation service. We build, manage, and optimize your systems monthly.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in USD. Payment is due before work begins on one-time services. For Dominate, the setup fee is collected upfront; monthly retainer billing begins on the agreed start date and recurs monthly.

$297 Audit Credit: The Deep Dive Audit fee credits toward the Dominate setup fee only (not Ignite or Accelerate), provided you upgrade within 30 calendar days of audit delivery. After 30 days, the credit expires. Effective Dominate setup cost with credit: $1,200.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the custom, labor-intensive nature of our work, all sales are final once work has commenced.

Deep Dive Audit: No refunds after the strategy call has been completed or the dashboard delivered.
Ignite / Accelerate: No refunds after build work has commenced (defined as onboarding call completion).
Dominate: No refunds on the setup fee after onboarding. Monthly retainer fees are non-refundable for periods already billed.

If we are unable to begin work due to circumstances on our end, a full refund will be issued within 5 business days.

5. Cancellation Policy (Dominate)

Cancellation requires 14 calendar days written notice before your next billing cycle. Notice must be sent via email to the address provided during onboarding. Billing continues until the cancellation effective date. You retain full ownership of the automation systems we built; we simply cease management services.

6. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate workflow information during the audit and onboarding process
Maintain active subscriptions to any third-party tools required (n8n, Quo, etc.) in your own name
Respond to onboarding questions within 5 business days to avoid build delays
Comply with all applicable communication laws (TCPA, CAN-SPAM) when using automated messaging systems we build

7. No Guarantees on Results

We guarantee that the automation systems we build will function as designed. We do not guarantee specific revenue outcomes, deal volume, or lead conversion rates, as these depend on market conditions, lead quality, and factors outside our control.

8. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you own the automation workflows built for your account. Optimized Hub retains rights to the underlying methodologies, templates, and frameworks used in delivery. We may reference your engagement as a case study without revealing confidential business data unless you object in writing.

9. Limitation of Liability

Optimized Hub's total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hillsborough County, Florida.
