1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Optimized Hub Media LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

Optimized Hub Media LLC provides AI automation consulting services, including but not limited to:

• Free AI Lead Flow Audits
• Deep Dive AI Workflow Audits ($197)
• Custom AI Lead Follow-Up System builds
• AI Intake Assistant System builds

3. Free Audit Terms

The Free AI Lead Flow Audit is provided at no cost and without obligation. Results are based on the information submitted through our intake form. The audit is informational in nature and does not constitute a guarantee of specific financial outcomes.

4. Paid Services

For paid services, the following terms apply:

• Payment is due as agreed upon in your service agreement
• Refunds for the Deep Dive Audit ($197) are available within 48 hours of purchase if the session has not yet taken place
• Custom system builds are subject to separate agreements and scopes of work

5. Client Responsibilities

To receive the full benefit of our services, clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information through all intake forms
• Respond to communications in a timely manner
• Provide necessary access to tools and platforms required to build agreed-upon systems

6. Intellectual Property

All custom automation systems, workflows, and deliverables created for clients become the client's property upon full payment. Optimized Hub Media LLC retains the right to use anonymized methodologies and frameworks for other client engagements.

7. Limitation of Liability

Optimized Hub Media LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

8. No Guarantee of Results

While we work to deliver high-quality automation systems, we cannot guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue increases, or lead conversion rates. Results depend on many factors outside our control including market conditions, client follow-through, and platform performance.

9. Confidentiality

We treat all client business information as confidential and will not share it with third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law or to deliver the services you have requested.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Florida.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
